So, we suffered our first losing weekend (unit-wise) in the site’s existence. If a few things fell our way it could’ve been a positive weekend, but that’s the beauty of the NFL. We are ready to bounce back next week and get back to our winning ways! How does one just disappear from their own site? And what is the gimmicky “picks with one chick” all about? It has to be the girlfriend of one of the site’s writers.
Everyone and their mother can pick 1 game ATS every week. If you’re going to keep the “pick with one chick segment,” make it a challenge, and have her pick 5 games ATS every week.

I’ve been running a handicapping blog all year (if you clicj “Tailgate Party”) you go to my blog…
I’ll tell you something… It’s a lot of friggin work to run a blog… I was faithful & detailed up until about Thanksgiving, then had to tail off due to time constraints… The last 2 weeks I’ve just been posting the picks (without the write-ups)…
It doesn’t mean I’m quitting (neither for the picks, which are doing fairly well, I’m “up” about 50 units thru week 14, nor the overall desire to do it)… I’m just pressed for time…
So maybe that’s what’s happening here too…

Thank you so freaking much for making a website that just solely based around NFL weekly picks and analysis. Their is too much bull going on on walters site and his brutal picks just make me despise it even more. Its good to hear you have numerous people analyzing each game as I too agree that is the best system to educatically dissect games. Keep up the good work, yes this last week was a strange one not many people won and it was a good week for vegas to get some cash back. Also, LOVE the walter falters ( your 3/4 if im correct) and the picks from chicks (3-0). Love that your doing something innovative and creative while still predicting spreads, unlike walters stupid fantasy mock drafts and other pointless rambles.

I’m not switching, the whole inspiration for this site is from Walter, so really you have no one to thank but him! The guy has had something like 12 winning seasons and now he has only his second bad one. That’s a lot of good years, you’re just one of those people looking to hop on any band wagon that comes along.
Listen bud, I haven’t been blowing walter since he started his site, ive followed the last three seasons and yes while he’s made profit the last two (very little btw) his picks ATS are below .500 and his analysis is more then often way off (walters falters). Besides its more then his picks, the majority of his site is rambles and advertisments. I visit these sites to find indepth analysis and favorable winners not to read four pages about how emmitt smith or some idiot caused Walt to lose money again, and trust I know many people who feel the same. Oh, and the last time Walt made 12 units in two week ala this site? Were all predicting the same games and trying to make money so forgive me for switching to a more educating and promising site. But, please keep backing your boy and soon you wont have a computer to defend your fuck buddy.

Walter’s 3 unit play on the Broncos doesn’t look so bad now, does it?
We never called Walter out on this pick, as you’ll notice this game is not posted under Walter’s Falters because his logic was decently sound (and it never was listed as a Falter, despite what some confused commenters are saying on the site).
Also, we’re not so certain Walter would’ve been right if the Jets weren’t forced to use their 3rd string RB for most of the game, but injuries happen. We still felt like we made the right play given the facts, statistics, and our analysis of both team’s and their situations.
Anyway, we just want to give an alternate view to Walter’s picks and we have nothing against him hitting his bets! Good luck to everyone this week!

Learned not to bet against big ben and d brees, no matter what. Walt was right about that Sea game, how do the sharps figure that. I knew about philly and what course they are on but how does someone pick Baltimore not to win by at least 7. Do they have somekind of inside information or what? Im learning this handicapping game and its becoming more interesting as the bweeks go by. Love your site; Walt had couple big wins(predictions) ie. Sea and Ne but he always has some bizarre ones like Betting against Houston,etc.
I think Walt has SEA mostly because the Vegas Angle was skewing something like 94% of the $$ on the Ravens…
I was well aware of that as well and therefore avoided the game (with a lean on the Seahawks – which is why I didn’t bet it)…
Sometimes things just don’t make sense… When they don’t, folloow the money flow…

Why would anyone create a site to make fun of a free site that provides lengthy and educated write-ups and trend analsyses? You really have nothing better to do? I have never seen anything so pathetic in my life.
While I wouldn’t create a site solely to make fun of Walter’s site, you gotta admit that Walter is really tanking it with his picks and analyses this year. I think Walt is a great guy and tough too (he can take it). I also think it’s admirable that he mentioned this site on his own site but maybe not the smartest thing to do? Who knows how many of us might make the switch and bring all those advertisers here too?

IMO… The more input the better… This site is fresh (what I mean is, it’s laid out cleanly & it reads & navigates well)…
People offer an opinion, drop a line, that’s what a blog is all about… As an example, a person wouldn’t want to just get all the news of the world from the opinion of the New York Times staffwriters would they? Maybe they would, I don’t know…
I always feel that the more information the better… Walter himself provides angles that not a lot of others consider… He’s valuable, but “new” sites are as well… I wouldn’t let this devolve into a PICKING CONTEST… I don’t think that that’s the measure…
I’m just hoping that it all doesn’t get ‘chippy’… I’d prefer to stick to football… (oh – & the girl seems kind of cute too)…
